The Secret Secretaries are a band in San Francisco. My old friend Eleanor who was the queen of rock and roll even back when we were 11 is a part of that band. I had the pleasure of seeing her perform recently. #1 Stunna!

Yoga at the Airport: San Francisco knows what's up...

I've often found myself at airports, wishing there was a secluded spot where I could do a few sun salutations, some hip openers and inversions to prepare for flight. Well....San Francisco went ahead and DID IT!

The nation's first Yoga Room in an airport. I had the pleasure of arriving early for my morning flight back to PHL and had a lovely 40 minute practice in a peaceful space. Then I snapped some photos!

So...my next effort is to try to see if PHL would be open to the idea and what it would take!
