remember this? i just thought of how maybe this time in miami i'll take his advice.

this is raven.

he ran his 100,000th mile today and I was with him.

raven never made any excuses or let any reasons get in the way. he just ran 8 miles consecutively, every day for 34 years; 4 times around the earth (but running on South Beach every day). he continues to inspire me!
