cold and rainy, made a frittata out of an emu egg (yielded the equivalent of 10 hen eggs!)
and I got to share it with my favorite lad!!
and a strawberry rhubarb crumble with pistachio and peanut butter ice cream for dessert.

actually it's a piece of a golden delicious apple! i wish i had a better camera!
