i keep seeing them on my screens too. any idea what it actually is?
nevermind. went to WhatsThatBug.com and BAM--right there on the homepage.http://www.whatsthatbug.com/2010/09/06/ailanthus-webworm-moth-18/They grow in those invasive Ailanthus trees (tree of heaven) that love to take over vacant lots and alleys.
